The programme action plan as a tool for continuous quality development
What?
A programme action plan is a long-term plan where both short-term and long-term priorities and strategic goals can be set. These originate from the continuous quality development and the Academy’s Quality Policy goals. These priorities and strategic goals are then converted into action items again, with a concrete assignment of responsibilities and a time-frame with relevant checks.
The Program Action Plan is a tool for developing the program quality culture in an active, systematic, integrated way and thus making explicit the Quality Culture.
